
Linda McDonald is a Fitness Educator and Master Trainer for Barre Above, Balletone® and Extreme HIIT Chaos. She is a seasoned Group Fitness Instructor with over 25 years experience teaching many formats, including Spinning, Boot Camp, Barre, Pilates, BOSU and Step. As a Personal Trainer, she has worked with many clients, including college athletes, endurance athletes, and breast cancer recovery patients.
Whether she is presenting nationally or regionally, Linda believes that the future of the industry lies in the quality of education, thereby empowering fitness professions to change people’s lives. She works with and mentors both novice and seasoned fitness professionals.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with a minor in Business Administration. She holds various fitness certifications from both ACE and AFAA. Linda lives in the South Shore of Boston with her husband, Mike, two teenage daughters, Samantha and Taylor and their cherished yellow lab, Brady.
